Taking Steps To End Anxious Thoughts

You hear it all the time. Don't worry. Don't be anxious. There are countless Bible verses that tell you to avoid worry and have the faith necessary to get you through the obstacles of life.
It's all excellent advice, and faith is indeed necessary to conquer those obstacles, reach your goals, and succeed in life. There is much advice about how to develop this faith, from prayer, positive thinking, visualization, and more.

The problem is that it's not always easy. Many people know these guidelines, but have difficulty following them and detaching from the anxiety that continues to plague them. It then becomes and endless battle which only ends up causing even more stress.
